Who we are

OfferCopilot is a product of AiOffers Inc., a licensed Ontario real estate brokerage. These terms apply when you use the OfferCopilot platform, the Chrome extension, or this marketing site.

Eligibility

The OfferCopilot platform is for licensed real estate professionals (agents and brokers) registered with their provincial regulator. You confirm you are licensed and in good standing when you create an account.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the offers you submit, and compliance with your brokerage's policies and your regulatory body (RECO, BCFSA, etc.). OfferCopilot is a tool; you are the professional.

Our responsibilities

We'll keep the platform running, keep your data in Canadian regions, and keep the OREA form templates current. When OREA updates a form, we push the new template within a week of publication.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the platform. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share. Don't attempt to access other agents' or brokerages' data.

Fees & cancellation

Pilot brokerages are month-to-month at the pilot rate; you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Post-pilot pricing will be communicated in advance.

Limitation of liability

OfferCopilot produces signature-ready documents based on data you provide. You are responsible for reviewing every document before it's signed. We're not liable for errors in user-entered data or for transactions that don't close.

Changes

We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change to these terms.
