Privacy Policy

OfferCopilot is a product of AiOffers Inc., a licensed Ontario real estate brokerage. This policy covers how we handle data for agents, brokerages, and their clients.

What we collect

From agents: your email, name, brokerage, license number, phone number, and any content you create in the platform (offers, notes, client records).

From clients (via agent invite): identity information for FINTRAC compliance (legal name, DOB, ID), contact information, and financing/pre-approval documents they choose to upload.

From listings: publicly available MLS data our Chrome extension captures when you use it on a listing page.

Where it lives

All platform data is stored in Google Cloud's northamerica-northeast2 region (Toronto). Backups stay in-region. We do not store production data outside Canada.

Who sees it

Only you and your brokerage administrators, based on the role they've been granted. AiOffers staff access data only for support and compliance purposes, and access is logged.

AI processing

We use Google's Vertex AI (Gemini models) to power the offer wizard, document extraction, and the due-diligence copilot. Inputs are processed in the same Canadian region. We do not train third-party models on your client data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@offercopilot.ca. We respond within 30 days as required by PIPEDA.
