Connect OfferCopilot to Claude Code, Codex and Muse.
Give your AI assistant a key to your OfferCopilot account and it can answer questions about your deals and start offers. If you allow it, it can also add clients and email signers and clients. It connects through OfferCopilot's MCP server, with a key only you can make or revoke.
Show the setup prompt
Help me connect you to my OfferCopilot account through its MCP server.
Server URL: https://app.offercopilot.ai/mcp (streamable HTTP)
Authentication: my API key, sent as the header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY". I made the key in OfferCopilot under Profile → AI Agent Access. Never ask me to paste the key into this chat; tell me where to put it myself.
Claude Code: give me this command to run with my key in place of YOUR_API_KEY: claude mcp add --transport http offercopilot https://app.offercopilot.ai/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"
Codex: add [mcp_servers.offercopilot] to ~/.codex/config.toml with url = "https://app.offercopilot.ai/mcp" and bearer_token_env_var = "OFFERCOPILOT_API_KEY", then tell me to set OFFERCOPILOT_API_KEY in my environment myself.
Then tell me to restart you. After the restart, list the OfferCopilot tools you can see.Make a key.
In OfferCopilot, open Profile → AI Agent Access, switch on access, tick what the key may do, and generate it. Copy the key when it appears: it is shown once.

Claude Code

Add this to ~/.codex/config.toml.
[mcp_servers.offercopilot]
url = "https://app.offercopilot.ai/mcp"
bearer_token_env_var = "OFFERCOPILOT_API_KEY"Then put your key in the environment Codex runs in, and restart Codex.
export OFFERCOPILOT_API_KEY="YOUR_API_KEY"What a key can do
Each permission you tick on the key turns on these tools.
Read my deals
list_offers: your offers, live deals first, each with a link that opens the deal.get_deal_status: one deal's stage, money and dates, conditions, who still has to sign, what the client still owes, recent email and the next step. Find it by address, client name or offer id.start_offer: a link that opens a new offer on a listing with the terms filled in. It saves nothing; you finish the offer in OfferCopilot.
Add clients
create_client: adds a client to your list. If one of your clients already uses that email, it adds nothing and links to that client.
Remind signers, email clients and mark offers received
remind_signer: re-sends an offer's signing invite.message_client: emails a client one of OfferCopilot's stock messages, written from the deal's facts.acknowledge_offer_receipt: records that the listing side acknowledged a submitted offer.
Your account, your data
A key does only what you allow. Reading deals is on by default. Adding clients and emailing signers or clients stay off until you turn them on. Before any email goes out, your assistant reads the recipient back to you. No key can sign an offer or send one for signature. You can revoke a key at any time under Profile → AI Agent Access.
